Who We Are.
The firm was initially established in the 1980’s under its original name of Jansen & Company. With a change in active partners the name was changed to de Kock Reinecke from February 2008 and again on 1 March 2016 to Inyani. In July 2024 a decision was made to split the partnership into separate entities to better align our services with our respective clients’ evolving needs and to position ourselves for future growth and innovation.
Inyani is an established financial services solutions provider based in Brackenhurst, Alberton. We are specialists in accounting, taxation, audit / independent review, secretarial and estate administration. We also provide other complimentary services to businesses like HR consulting services, that enable to us to provide comprehensive support in areas critical to our clients’ business success.
Inyani is the Xhosa translation of “Truth”. Truth is defined as a state of being factual, truthful, candid, sincere, honest, accurate, correct, valid and authentic.
